f430 hotend
We are the first one to publish 420°C high temperature nozzle to 3d printer market since year of 2016, now it is the 4th new tech version.F430 equiped with dual extruders, The left 260°C hotend is able to print with PLA, ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon fiber, Flexible, etc. The right 420°C hotend is made of martensite steel, which is able to print High performance material like PEEK, ULTEM, etc. The dual hotend is replaceable, which provide more possibility on your application.

We exclusively research and develop the extruder feeding system and guide rail, which support high-speed printing. Its printing accuracy can reach high to 0.04mm,and it allows to extrude filament steady without block.
f460 stability

The whole-steel body not only ensure the stability when printing, but also extend the usage period greatly. Its optimization and cooperation of overall structure ensure the sustainable and efficient operation. The first batch of CreatBot 3D printers have been working for 9 years and more than 30,000 hours.

f460 enclosure

The fully enclosed chamber blocks all external interfernce and reduces the noise generated by the machine. The Hot chamber device provides a constant room temperature of 70°C, which prevents the prints from warping and deforming.

f430 outage restoration
The printer will memorize the current position and save that information in its database. In an event of an outage, the platform will automatically be lowered and the filament withdrawn.Upon power restoration, the printer will continue to print from the last stopped point prior to the outage The printer will avoid any invalid prints by stopping the print. A warning will be indicated when the filament runs out.

The printer has an all-english-menu touch screen which is easy and user friendly. Shortkeys such as warming and print minimizes the number of buttons to press at one point in time.

Material is made of a combination of  Glass-Ceramic Platform and Carbon Fiber Sheet.

The Glass-Ceramic has high thermal efficiency and the optimal low-expansion coefficient preventing your model from deforming while heating and cooling.

The carbon fiber sheet is tough and detachable allowing heat to be delivered efficiently. Most materials can be extruded and sticks to bed very well.

f430 air filter

The air filter system can adsorb impurities and gases generated by the filament. This allows for a safer and environmentally friendly work space. This makes the printer ideal for house, school and office usage.

f430 levelling platform

BLtouch is a smart device which makes use of 25 points to probe and store the level of platform data. It automatically calculates against the Z axis intelligent compensation table height achieving fully automatic levelling.
